On Saturday, March 8, former Woodford County High School standout Taylor Penn’s current college team, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers, won 17-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UNC Asheville Bulldogs.

The game took place at Nick Denes Field. This was their third matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Hilltoppers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Nick Denes Field against UNC Asheville Bulldogs.
