On Tuesday, March 11, former Woodford County High School standout Taylor Penn’s current college team, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers, won 21-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Southern Illinois Salukis.

The game took place at Nick Denes Field. This was their first matchup against the Salukis this season.

The Hilltoppers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 6 p.m. at Nick Denes Field against UT Martin Skyhawks.
