On Sunday, March 23, former Woodford County High School standout Taylor Penn’s current college team, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers, lost 8-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Kennesaw State Owls.

The game took place at S. Walter Kelly Sr. Memorial Field. This was their third matchup against the Owls this season.

The Hilltoppers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 6 p.m. at German American Bank Field at Charles H. Braun Stadium against Evansville Purple Aces.
