On Tuesday, March 11, former Woodford County High School standout Hayden Smith’s current college team, the Kentucky Wildcats, won 9-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.
The game took place at Kentucky Proud Park. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.
The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 6 p.m. at Foley Field against Georgia Bulldogs.
