On Friday, March 7, former Woodford County High School standout Taylor Penn’s current college team, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers, won 12-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UNC Asheville Bulldogs.

The game took place at Nick Denes Field. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Hilltoppers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Nick Denes Field against UNC Asheville Bulldogs.
