On Friday, March 7, former Boyle County High School standouts Courtney Sandy and Summer Ray’s current college team, the Murray State Racers, won 9-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Akron Zips.
The game took place at Racer Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Zips this season.
The Racers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 3 p.m. at Racer Softball Field against Cleveland State Vikings.
